About the Role

Devaris is looking for a goal-driven and dynamic Business Development Associate to drive growth, manage client relationships, and help expand our reach in the maternity and newborn photography industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, strategy, and building meaningful client relationships. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing deals, and scaling our business through innovative marketing and client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Strategy

  • Identify potential customers through social media, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and referrals.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to convert leads into bookings.
  • Maintain and update a lead pipeline, ensuring a steady inflow of clients.
  • Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders to generate quality leads.

Client Relationship Management & Consultation

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements and guiding them toward the best package.
  • Provide detailed consultation on maternity photography themes, package options, add-ons, and discounts.
  • Follow up with potential clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls to nurture leads and encourage bookings.
  • Manage a customer database and create personalized follow-up plans to increase conversions.

Market Research & Business Expansion

  • Analyze customer preferences, competitor offerings, and market trends to refine pricing and services.
  • Provide recommendations on how to enhance customer experience and improve sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize ad campaigns and content strategies for better lead quality.

Social Media & Digital Growth

  • Leverage WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to engage with potential clients and generate inquiries.
  • Assist in creating high-converting sales content, such as customer testimonials, offers, and ad copy.
  • Monitor customer feedback and online reputation management to ensure a positive brand image.

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain records of client bookings, payments, and sales performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Assist in handling contracts, invoices, and service agreements when closing deals.
